The 6 Killer Apps of Prosperity (TED Talk)

I discovered this talk through Gaping Void today. It is a fascinating take by Niall Ferguson on how Western cultures have created prosperity and that what made those cultures prosperous is a shareable, repeatable set of 6 core assets. Or, in the words of our culture today—6 Killer Apps: Competition, The Scientific Revolution, Property Rights, Modern Medicine, The Consumer Society and The Work Ethic.
